This policy explains what personal data SIA ZENITH collects when you use zenith.lv or contact us, why we need it and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- name and e-mail address (required);
- description of your task (required);
- company and selected direction (optional);
- date, page and language from which the request was sent.
Technical data
When you visit the site, the server automatically records your IP address, browser type and time of the request in security logs. We use only the cookies described in the cookie policy.
We do not ask for special categories of data. Please do not include them in the task description.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep it

Who receives it
Your data is available only to SIA ZENITH staff who handle your request, and to processors that help us run the site:

Transfers outside the EU

Security
The site works only over HTTPS. Requests are stored in a protected system with role-based access; passwords and keys are kept outside the source code. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
